The end of adolescence looms

A business colleague recently used the metaphor about a business that has been in around for 14 years. The sole trader had postured himself as a success story for having made it that far. The underlying learning though was that as a sole trader after 14 years he had, in fact, had 14 of the same years.
His job role had not changed and it was likely that he had not given himself much of a pay rise either.
Eventually, the message sunk in. eCentral has just celebrated it's 19th birthday and just in the nick of time, we are growing. The rebrand and re-orientation to deliver the full spectrum of digital strategy reflects a maturity that is long overdue.
If we were resting on our butts, we could easily claim success for simply still being in business. Lurking is a powerful contrast and timely inspiration is that the world's most powerful Internet company Google, has ALSO just celebrated 19 years in existence.
Their brand and the homepage have actually changed little over the years which reminds that they got the formula right proving that they kicked a goal in the first minute of the game. Kicking a gold nugget is pretty cool, particularly when you capitalise on it. :-)
Some of us have to try again and again to kick the winning goal... And kick we shall!
eCentral's suite of knowledge, products, and services are the culmination of 19 years of expertise in the field of web, Internet, digital marketing and customer database oriented work flow systems. They give our clients a massive advantage in every corner of the business game and integrate business components into one fluid system.
Case in point is our JetStream CRM. This core application installed into a business becomes the underpinning and extending system that drives marketing, blog casting, emailing and social media posting, sales, and process.
It has modules around quoting, projects, billing and customer satisfaction survey... and plenty of tricks up its sleeve.
Once implemented it will fit the business like a glove and intuitively refined so it will never need a manual and the minimum of training.
The way that you know a business is reaping the real benefit of a well tailored CRM is that it will appear to be almost invisible... The resulting workflow efficiency, saving on head count, staff happiness, management effectiveness and client satisfaction goes all the way to the best a bottom line can be.
Has your system kicked a goal lately?
